Accommodations doesn't mean just including the disabled. After several days of insomnia I need accommodating.
We all need accommodations. We just don't think of them as accommodations.
No one thinks asking for meetings to start after 9am as an accommodation. It is.
No one thinks needing to stand up and walk around every hour is an accommodation. It is.
So remember that when someone asks for an accommodation. Don't be frustrated. Don't look down on them. Remember you need help too.
